8 x 30s hill (jog down recovery)
5 mins Tempo (90s)
6 x 30s hill (jog down recovery)
5 mins Tempo (90s)
4 x 30s hill (jog down recovery)

By inserting tempo between sets of hills your heart rate will stay really high throughout this session, yielding some fab fitness gains, but with the mental break of some hill sprints in the middle. As before hills will be great for your knee drive and cadence.
