Monday Interval Training

Group training is suspended for now. We will keep publishing the planned sessions for inspiration.

You are welcome to train with one other person (with social distance if they are from another household)

4 x 4 mins @ 10k pace (1 min)

1 x 4 mins HARD (2 mins)
5 x 30s (1 min)

This simulates a cross country race. A fast start. The bulk of the race is covered in the 4 x 4 mins, with a bit of a gut check with a hard 4 min rep, and then practicing that sprint finish!
