Monday Interval Training

Group training is suspended for now. We will keep publishing the planned sessions for inspiration.

You are welcome to train with one other person (with social distance if they are from another household)


5 x 3 mins at 10k pace (1)
(2 mins)
5 x 2 mins at 5k pace (1)
(2 mins)
5 x 1 min fast (1)

Good 10k session, high volume and increased pace throughout. Concentrate on making the 3 mins rep’s quality as the rest of the session is easier! Running hard in the first half will mean you can practice lifting your pace in faster short reps on tired legs.
