We meet at Sainsbury’s in Dorridge on Mondays.

Session:

5 mins at 10k pace (2 mins)
5 x 3 mins at 5k pace (60s)
5 x 3 mins at 3k pace (90s)

Pace prescriptions are a rough target, judge your own effort to ensure each block is faster.
