Monday Interval Training

We meet at Sainsbury’s in Dorridge on Mondays.

Session:

6 mins at 10k pace (90s)
5 x 3 mins at 5k pace (90s)
6 mins at 10k pace (90s)
5 x 90s at sub 5k pace (60s)

Try and make sure you do run the shorter reps faster, switching between the 10k and 5k effort
will increase your lactic levels and build some fitness.
