Monday Interval Training

We meet at Sainsbury’s in Dorridge on Mondays.

Session:

7 min at 10k pace (3 mins)
9 x 2 mins at 5k pace off 45, 60 and 2 mins recovery.

3 2 min reps off quite small recovery will be tough, but getting 2 mins recovery every 3 reps
should allow you to recover enough to keep the rep quality high.
