We meet at Sainsbury’s in Dorridge on Mondays.

Session:

5 split 5 min reps
2.30 mins at 10k pace, 2.30 mins at 5k pace (90s)

Changing pace within these 5 min reps will raise the quality of the reps, concentrate on pacing yourself
to allow this pace increase to happen.
