We meet at Sainsbury’s in Dorridge on Mondays.
Session:
20 x 75s @ 5k effort (60s)
Yes, this is boring and tedious, BUT it is a great 5k session mentally and physically.
Can be broken down into 2 x 10, or people can skip some of the reps to allow them to keep up with
others – i.e. do 4 skip 1.
