6 x 60s Hill (Jog Down)
Walk between sets
6 x 45s Hill (Jog Down)
Walk between sets
6 x 30s Hill (Jog Down)

Hills are so good for working your heart and lungs, with lower impact on your joints. Try and focus on good technique throughout.
