2 x 30s (90s) to ensure you are fully warmed up
8 x 800m* (90s)
3 x 1 min FAST (1 min)
The 8 x 800m is 6.4k volume of work, you should aim to run at just slower than 5k pace, Good VO2 Max session to build fitness.
*or 3mins 30s whichever is shorter
