Monday Interval Training

Group training is suspended for now. We will keep publishing the planned sessions for inspiration.

You are welcome to train with one other person (with social distance if they are from another household)

Session:

5 mins at fast 10k pace (2)
5 x 90s at 5k pace (1)
(2 mins)
5 mins at fast 10k pace (2)
5 x 90s at 5 k pace (1)
(2 mins)
5 mins at fast 10k pace

Hard session.
The 5 mins should not be tempo, they should be harder, the 90s should feel like a mental break but do concentrate on elevating your pace and cadence for these, and then settle down to a slightly slower pace in the 5 mins.
