Wednesday Tempo Run

We meet at Dorridge Village Hall (DVH) on Wednesdays.

Session:

1 mile warm up

3 miles @ ½ marathon pace (90s)
2 miles @ ½ marathon pace (90s)

1 mile warm down

Sustained tempo running is really tricky, but hopefully the previous few Wednesdays will have prepared you for these efforts.
