K&D GP Rd 3: The 1k Dash Entries Open

Entries are now open for Round 3 of the K&D Virtual Grand Prix. Remember you can still participate even if you missed Round 1 and 2.

You need to enter on the link below, run 1k, on a relatively flat course, between Friday morning and Sunday night and submit your result.

Make sure you are warmed up well before – you will be using your raw athletic prowess to make you fly like Pegasus. You can run a single effort, or you could do 1k reps and submit your best effort. Whatever suits….
