Learn from a Tiger – 11th February


Following on from the excellent post-run session Sarah Connors did for us on stretching and flexibility, we have lined up another expert in their field to come and talk to us and share their professional know-how…..for free!!

So make a note to be at club on the 11th February because post-run we will be learning from Dave Cripps, Strength & Conditioning Coach at Leicester Tigers!
