Tempo Events Winter Series 10K
Katie Price travelled over to Ilmington to take part in the Tempo Events 10k race (which is part of their winter series), with the course featuring a long climb/big hill of almost 500ft in the middle. Katie finished in a very respectable 57:52, 137th overall, and 38th out of 120 ladies

The drier weather and fewer races saw an increased attendance at parkrun events this week, with almost 60 K&D runners taking part in events around the UK. A fair few PBs to report this week: Kate Leeson, Amelia Crees and yes, you guessed it, yet another PB for Tanya Cronin at Brueton this week! Elsewhere, Simon Batton, Kevin Tomkinson and Darren John recorded new PBs at Cannon Hill, Kingsbury Water respectively.
