Alas, No manic weekends of racing here, there and everywhere for the fine people of K&D this weekend just gone.
30 of the Green and Gold did roll up to Brueton parkrun on Saturday morning though for a muggy mix of humidity, rain showers, warmth and sweaty running.
Congrats to the following who broke new ground with personal bests in not ideal running conditions:
Max Mladenovic 20:25 – 4 seconds and 2nd parkrun PB in a row. He’s on for a hattrick.
Christopher Taylor 24:24 – Nice numerical symmetry there.
Sian Davies 30:40 – A huge 45 second PB.
Moushumi Moran 29:19 – Smashing through the 30min barrier for the first time.
Tip Top Stuff.
Bubbling under is Mr. Paul Jeffrey on 99 runs not out. Although his 100th is rumoured to be on hold for a couple of weeks while we get the confetti and fireworks sorted.
