Weekend Recap: K&D Proud

,

There are some weekends when you bunch of K&D’ers make my little heart swell with pride. Weekends like the one just gone, with the Birmingham International Marathon and Half Marathon, where I see so many of you doing things you never thought possible, really make every mile worthwhile. The support you showed out on the course, running, spectating and smiling really showed what an incredible bunch you are.

Not everyone will have ran a PB or even had a good day at the office but the marathon is a beast and the half can be unforgiving on that kind of course. You all did excellently. And to those who didn’t finish or got injured in the run up; hold your head up high. There is always another race.
