CODE OF CONDUCT (ALL MEMBERS)
All members are required to abide by our Club Code of Conduct and to follow its common-sense rules.
INCLUSION POLICY
Knowle and Dorridge Running Club (KDRC) embraces diversity and difference and is committed to providing opportunities that are safe, inclusive, accessible, and equitable. We want our club to be equally accessible to all members of society, whatever their age, disability, gender, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or social/economic status. SAFEGUARDING AND WELFARE
KDRC acknowledges its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of adults in the Club and is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all of its members. The Club is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and EA (England Athletics) requirements. KDRC are affiliated to England Athletics and follow their policies & procedures for Safeguarding and Welfare:

The Club has appointed a Lead Welfare Officer (LWO) in line with EA guidance. The LWO has attended a suitable course to provide training and is the first point of contact for all club members regarding concerns for the welfare of any vulnerable person. The LWO will be familiar with the procedures for referring any concerns and following safeguarding policy. They will also play a proactive role in increasing an awareness of poor practice and abuse amongst club members. ANTI-BULLYING POLICY
The Club aims to create an environment where you feel safe and are able to participate in club events without being subject to any form of harassment, bullying, verbal or physical abuse. The full Policy can be viewed by clicking this link: Anti-bullying Policy
DATA PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy details why we need the data we gather, what data we gather, what we do with it and who we share it with. It also summarises your rights as a data subject.
ONLINE SAFETY AND SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
The Club uses social media (e.g. Facebook and WhatsApp) extensively to communicate with and between members and with non-members. The purpose of this Social Media Policy is to provide guidelines on the proper use of social media communications.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Our Health and Safety Policy summarises responsibilities for health and safety throughout the club. Again, it’s essential that all members take the time to read this and are aware of what it means.

COMPLAINTS, GRIEVANCE AND DISCIPLINARY POLICY
