England Athletics regularly review and update COVID-19 guidelines for running clubs.

The Committee and Run Leaders assess these to make appropriate provision for group training.

From 29 March, we will be offering Monday Interval Training and Wednesday Tempo Runs. Please note these sessions are only for club members, you will need to have current membership.

To attend these you must first complete this Covid Self Assessment Form. This is required by England Athletics to assist with our efforts to trace any runners who may have been in contact with those showing suspected Covid symptoms.

You will also need to register with Run Together in order to book your place for the session. We recommend using their website in preference to their app, as it is easier to find the club sessions there.

Should you be unable to attend a session which you are booked on to, please cancel your reservation so that another member can have your place.
