Club Training

We train every week of the year, come rain or shine, from 6.30-7.30pm, check the calendar tab for upcoming session details. Note that on Monday evenings we meet at 6.30pm in Sainsbury’s Car Park, and on Wednesdays it’s 6.30pm in Dorridge Village Hall Car Park

Our organised Club Sessions for all abilities consist of Monday Interval Training (including hill sessions at least once per month) and Wednesday Tempo Runs. Please note these sessions are only for club members, you will need to have current membership.

PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO RUN AT LEAST 5KM IN 35 MINUTES OR LESS TO JOIN THESE SESSIONS (7 mins/km or 11.5 mins/mile)
