We train every week of the year, come rain or shine, from 6.30-7.30pm, check the calendar tab for upcoming session details.
Our organised Club Sessions for all abilities consist of Monday Interval Training (including hill sessions at least once per month) and Wednesday Tempo Runs. Please note these sessions are only for club members, you will need to have current membership.
Sessions are led by our qualified Run Leaders, who do a wonderful job in making these training sessions possible

Introduction to Running

Train with the help and guidance of Knowle & Dorridge Running Club Leaders for 8 weeks, finishing with the free-to-enter Brueton Park parkrun (Solihull) timed 5k event on Saturday 26th February 2022
