Congratulations to Danny Malone and Mary Heald who both ran ultra-long distances this weekend. 

Danny ran from Goodison Park in Liverpool to Bloomfield Road in Blackpool – a total of 68.5 km/42.5 miles in 6 hours 38 minutes of running.

Mary Heald completed the Coventry Way. 65.3km / 40.6 miles in a 50 minute PB of 6 hours 19 minutes.  Read more
