York 10km

Great running at York 10km, first back was Martin Henderson in 43:36, closely followed by Russ Lane in 44:06 and Melissa Henderson in 55:53 with a new PB- congratulations! Well done all

Indian Queens Half Marathon

Great running from Grant Huddleston at Indian Queens Half Marathon, finishing in 1hr39- well done!

Birmingham canal canter

Well some to Linda Whitehead finishing the 18.5mile event in 4hr30- great effort
