Centurions GP#4:

With Centurions GP now deep into its 4th winter month and having been lucky every month with perfect weather progress and rewards for the hard work in dark cold nights are beginning to show.

Darren John ran a big fat 60 second pb to smash the 29 minute barrier for the first time; he took 5th overall in a rather ridiculous 28:32. Then felt very wobbly legged for a good while after. Also impressively was Clive Dickens who ran 34:47, having already clocked 10 miles that morning. Rosie Marsh was first home for the ladies in a strong 35:56.
