One of the best weeks of the year. As we bounce from Two Castles to Sphinx Summer 5 and then the iconic Arden 9 we get the pleasure/soreness of pretending, for one week at least, that we are finely tuned professional athletes. Our kit bags are packed and we are doing the WRRL circuit. 

Another massive K&D turn out (the cakes lured us) ensured the field was flooded with our elite squad of world-class performers. 

Joe Read led the team with a fourth placed finish overall. Joe ran 28:23. Joining Joe on the first K&D’er podium is newbie Mary Heald. A fantastic 34:43 continued her impressive introduction to the club. Congrats also to Steve Marks who, after injury niggles meant a tough morning at the Two Castles, returned to action only a couple of days later and showed proper Welsh grit. Hardcore for the Llad!
