Podium 5k, Milton Keynes 20 miles, Bath half marathon, Berkeley 20 miles, Wyre Forest half marathon, Liverpool half marathon and Parkrun results

Podium 5km

A fantastic showing at the Podium 5k from Nick Woolley (15:33), Matthew Hipwell (15:43 PB), Joe Hook (16:32 PB) and David Carbutt (19:02). Great running all!

Milton Keynes 20 miles

Marathon training is in full swing with several club members taking on 20 mile races this weekend. Well done to Anna Delaney, Kate Leeson, Paul Winwood and Dave Winkler for completing MK 20 in 2:34, 2:43, 3:22 and 3:28 respectively.

Bath half marathon

Congratulations to Adeba Jama (1:45), Kat Plummer (1:56) and Rachel Bennett (2:04) for completing Bath half marathon.

Berkeley 20 miles

Strong running from John Moore and Simon Brown who completed the Berkeley 20 miles in 2:24 minutes – well done!

Wyre Forest half marathon

Well done to Caroline Park who tackled the challenging Wyre Forest half marathon in a time of 2:01.

Liverpool half marathon

Congratulations to George Spann for completing the Liverpool half in 1:42 – excellent performance!
