A very quiet week for races due to Storm Darragh, but hoping everyone who wanted to, managed to get a safe run in!

Xmas Paarlauf

Reminder for the Xmas Paarlauf which will be held on the 18th December at Dorridge Village Hall and replace the last wednesday club run of the year. For those that haven’t heard of the Paalauf before, its a 2.5 mile relay where the slowest runner is paired with the fastest runner, 2nd slowest with 2nd fastest etc etc. Usually the slower runner goes first, leaving the quicker runner to chase down the leaders. If you would like to take part, please email your 5km time to treasurer@knowleanddorridgerc.co.uk by the 15th December.

We will then be heading to the Drum and Monkey after this, all are welcome so please come along!

Club notices

Warwick HM race volunteer request!
The ever popular Warwick HM is looking for volunteers (Sunday 2nd February 2025). Each volunteer will receive £60 in RT Race Entry Credit and £10RT Kit Credit (as well as the satisfaction of supporting this local event and fellow runners!). There are lots of roles available including marshalling, water stations & finish line medals. If you are interested please email volunteer@runthrough.co.uk

Coventry 10km and HM volunteer request

The Coventry half marathon and 10k is on the 27th of April 2025, and they are looking for volunteers to make the event as successful as possible.
