Just a quick message to let all you lovely people know that we have put together a new training schedule for Spring 2016 focussed on running 10k – half marathon distances – perfect to help you start the year well and go for a new pb.

As always the Wednesday sessions will be led by a run leader but are not compulsory if you prefer to do your own run.  More details and the training schedule are on the training page.
