Northbrook 10km

A great turnout for K&D as part of the 5^th race in the Warwickshire Road Race league, with 45 runners at Northbrook 10km, and 1^st place for both the men’s (Chris Ashford, Alex Hawkins, Jonathan Lewis and Nick Wooley).and the women’s team (Jane Evans, Anna Delaney and Emily Moore) competitions!

Race to the Stones 100km

Incredible achievement for Clare Badger at Race to the Stones 100km, in some VERY tough hot conditions! Lots of elevation across the route, finishing in 14hr59mins! WOW- Well done Clare!

SBR Triathlon

Well done to Mike McDonald at SBR Triathlon, unfortunately only the bike and run leg went ahead but a fantastic effort none-the-less, finishing the 13km bike in 1hr1mins and the 5km in 32:51

Saucony 10km

Well done to Tanya Cronin at Saucony 10km through London, finishing in 1hr4mins! Great effort!

Torfaen 10km

Great run and a new PB for Sunny Sheard at Torfaen 10km finishing in 45:59- amazing well done!

Masters Championships- Shrewsbury 5km

Huge achievement for Matt Hipwell in a well-deserved England vest at Shrewsbury 5km- Masters Champs. Not only representing England but finishing in 16:25! Amazing well done!

Birmingham Olympic Triathlon

Well done to Matthew Cooke at Birmingham Olympic Triathlon, with a swim time of 43:50, cycle of 01:44:17 and a run time of 01:01:44, and an overall finish time of 03:39:08- great effort!

The ‘Naked Run’

A great turnout this week for K&D’s first Naked run! Thankfully its not quite as it sounds despite the pictures! All runners predicted their finish time ahead of time for a 7km route (as fast or slow preferred), the route is ran with no watches/phones and the runner closest to their predicted time wins! The winner was Jane Woolard within 1 second of her predicted time- fantastic pacing well done Jane! A great evening thanks all for joining us!
