Birmingham Black Country HM

Well done to John Kelly, Bruce Hampton and Nicky Evans at Birmingham Black Country HM- first back was John in 1hr38, Bruce in 1hr59 (marking his 50th HM!) and Nicky in 2hr23 (even straight after park run!) great effort from all on a humid morning!

Love Trails 52km

Huge well done to Hannah Hopkin at another ultra- finishing the 52km route around Wales in 7hr11- amazing well done!
